Cream cheese pound cake

Ingredients:
All purpose flour 195g
Baking powder 1/2 ts
Baking soda 1/4 ts
Unsalted or salted butter 150g
Ricotta cream cheese 140g
Sugar 180g
3 Eggs
Orange chocolate 50g

Methods:
1. Let the unsalted butter and risotta cream cheese soften, eggs at room temperature.
2. When butter, cream cheese and eggs reach room temperature, turn on the oven at 180°c.
3. Use electrical mixer to mix butter and cream cheese, and add in sugar in three times and continue mixing.
4. Add in egg one by one, mix it.
5. Add in orange chocolate that has been cut into pieces
6. Add in flour, baking power, baking soda
7. Pour the mixture into a baking pan for 45 minutes.
