Pasta

材料:(四人份, 食谱来自Chefkoch)

已经有油的罐头鲔鱼一罐
罐头玉米一罐
两个番茄
两个灯笼椒
200克羊奶酪
两个水煮蛋
半个红洋葱
盐、胡椒粉
醋 

做法:

1. 把鲔鱼和罐头里的油倒入大碗中,用叉子搅烂。加入玉米粒,搅拌均匀。
2. 把番茄、灯笼椒、羊奶酪和洋葱切碎,加入碗中搅拌均匀。
3. 把水煮蛋切成小粒状,加入碗中搅拌均匀。
4. 根据喜好加入盐、胡椒粉和醋。
5. 觉得单调的,可以煮一些螺丝意大利粉,加入沙拉中。

Stuffed mushroom

奶酪菠菜蘑菇 Gefuellte Champignons

食谱来自《Kalte Platten》 ,Naumann & Göbel

材料(大约12朵蘑菇的份量)视蘑菇大小,一般可以做出比12朵更多的份量

12朵大颗新鲜蘑菇
100克新鲜菠菜(超市没卖,我用冷藏的代替)
100克胡萝卜
1瓣蒜头
150克芳草奶酪(我买Philadelphia cream cheese)
1汤匙橄榄油
甜椒粉

做法

1. 把蘑菇的脚切除,然后把蘑菇脚剁碎。(千万不要把蘑菇本身剁碎哦!)
2. 把菠菜、胡萝卜、蒜头全剁碎
3. 烤箱预热200度。
4. 把奶酪和剁碎的蔬菜一起搅拌均匀,然后填进蘑菇里。在每颗蘑菇上淋一点橄榄油。
5. 放进烤箱15分钟。烤好后洒上甜椒粉,完成!

Cream cheese pound cake

Ingredients:
All purpose flour 195g
Baking powder 1/2 ts
Baking soda 1/4 ts
Unsalted or salted butter 150g
Ricotta cream cheese 140g
Sugar 180g
3 Eggs
Orange chocolate 50g

Methods:
1. Let the unsalted butter and risotta cream cheese soften, eggs at room temperature.
2. When butter, cream cheese and eggs reach room temperature, turn on the oven at 180°c.
3. Use electrical mixer to mix butter and cream cheese, and add in sugar in three times and continue mixing.
4. Add in egg one by one, mix it.
5. Add in orange chocolate that has been cut into pieces
6. Add in flour, baking power, baking soda
7. Pour the mixture into a baking pan for 45 minutes.
